Asigra at ICBA - Strengthening America's community banks

Strengthening America's community banksAsigra was proud to exhibit at the Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA)  conference last week where leading community bankers from all across the country came together to discuss, share, and learn about best practices, processes, and technologies to help strengthen the nation's strong and independent network of community banking institutions.

Our booth at TechWorld, the technology pavilion, generated a lot of interest from community bankers from across the country. Our partner from Wisconsin, LockNet Inc, a division of EOJohnson Technologies joined us at the booth as we engaged in conversations with senior members of the community banks related to data protection and security.

It was simply great to hear success stories and personal experiences of how we had made life better for community banks, when partners and customers stopped by to tell us how they had been able to recover their files and therefore get on with critical business operations without hesitation. We also received messages of thanks and appreciation for the role of our technology in helping banks reach their regulatory requirements as regards test restores and in passing their FFIEC examinations.

LockNet, themselves an FFIEC examined entity, serving over 200 community banks in the Wisconsin, Iowa, and Minnesota areas, also introduced us to many of their customers who were thrilled to see their service provider of choice there with us. It was great to hear from LockNet's customers about how Locknet has leveraged Asigra technology in providing disaster recovery solutions for community banks over the past six years.

We at Asigra understand the close knit communities that community banks serve and know that this is a business built on trust and values. We know that a data loss event can be disastrous for community banks and their customers. We also know that the most current data needs to be protected to ensure business continuity.
