An exhaustive survey completed by over 4,300 verified BSM reseller subscribers and totaling over 10,833 votes, revealed that Asigra ranked at the top of the Storage category among a vast number of companies for its 100% focus on the channel, innovative pro-rata channel program, service-enabling cloud backup platform and overall working relationship with partners. The BSM Best Channel Vendor award is based on a survey conducted from mid-September through October and given to the publication’s IT Channel subscribers. The survey asks service providers and VARs to rate their partners in seven categories, including support and service offering, channel friendliness, channel programs, product features, product reliability, product innovation, and profit margins. The award, based on the results of the survey, recognizes the strengths and commitment of a vendor’s partner programs for its channel partners.
