IDC recently forecast that by 2020 unstructured data will grow by 50x, yet the number of IT administrators managing this information will only rise by 1.5x. While these are numbers that keep customers awake at night, they represent a golden opportunity for the channel to step in and save the day.

There is no one-size-fits-all solution but by displaying outstanding knowledge of each end user’s environment and needs, resellers can stand out and differentiate themselves from the competition. At a time when IT budgets are tight and different customers have significantly different needs, the key lies in providing expertise along with the best services and SLAs to create the most suitable solution.
