Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic tech-savvy marketing professional to manage our digital marketing campaigns, with focus on email marketing, website management and PPC. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will have experience in digital marketing and demand generation, and be very familiar with marketing automation platforms (Marketo preferred but not necessary), email campaigns, website management tools, website analytics and CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage AdWords account and campaigns (other PPC platforms may come into play)
  • Assess website traffic and analytics to ensure optimal website performance, content consumption, organic search listings, user experiences and conversions
  • Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, ebooks, webinars, infographics, etc.) working with internal and/or external content writer(s)
  • Understand the importance of working with sales and own the Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) sales cycle. Working knowledge of Salesforce is required
  • Manage the marketing automation platform (Marketo) including drip programs, email campaigns, prospects, reporting, automations, and all other platform components
  • Create/update HTML emails, online webpages, responsive templates and forms
  • Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content
  • Create/update website pages, landing pages, etc. as needed
  • Optimize lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels
  • Research and manage digital banner ads with different media channels
  • Oversee our digital and offline events promotion and tradeshows

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing is preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, social media ideally within the tech sector
  • Deep insight and passion for marketing analytics
  • Online marketing and mass e-mail system experience: Salesforce, Marketo, Google AdWords and Analytics, social media
  • Experience using CRM, CMS, HTML, and other digital tools
  • Demonstrated ability to enhance organic performance through SEO best practices, ability to generate powerful, SEO-friendly, conversion-optimized copy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Attention to detail and timelines
  • Self-motivated team player, willing to take initiative
