The Support Portal gives you access to the ticketing system where you can log problems and receive status updates in regards to resolution. Additionally, the portal also includes various resources such as updated documentation on known issues, FAQs, service packs, hot fixes and tons of other related tools.
As a customer of Asigra, you can also leverage this portal to put in requests for specific functionality that you’d like to see on subsequent versions of the software.
The portal also gives you access to our online training modules and allows you to request for training sessions that are conducted at our Toronto Headquarters.
