Testing and recording results
Each of its three sections - The Service, The Customer and The Sell - are divided into two easy-to-absorb courses.
After completing each course, the student completes a self-administered
test. The results are automatically sent to the individual
you designate as course administrator, so that you always
know which people have completed which courses, and what their
test score was.
