Asigra’s product training is provided as virtual instructor led or in-classroom instructor led. The multi-day course provides system administrators a comprehensive overview of the Asigra software solution including all components from the Cloud License Server to billing to LAN storage discovery.
BANT Qualified Leads
Asigra develops and executes multiple demand generation programs focused on the SMB and Enterprises markets globally to create awareness for cloud backup managed services. The leads generated from these programs are then BANT qualified by Asigra’s lead development team and distributed to partners who can best meet the needs of the buyer based on geography, vertical market, deployment preference, deal size, etc.
The program includes deal registration to reward Partners for promoting, selling and deploying private cloud solutions, ensure deal lock-in and to eliminate channel conflict among Partners. Asigra encourages all Hybrid Partners to participate in the program to protect their revenue and to effectively lock-in the deal.
Dedicated Partner Success Manager
Each Partner is assigned a dedicated Partner Success Manager who is their Asigra Advocate. The Partner Success Manager will guide partners through our formal on-boarding program to ensure they have access to our Partner Portal for all business related materials and our Technical Support Portal to open support cases and access knowledgebase articles. Our Partner Success Managers are also available for bi-weekly or monthly commercial discussions to review business and marketing plans, any technical issues, help with training enrollment, provide insights into how to drive more demand for the Partner’s cloud backup service powered by Asigra and make sure Partners know about any new product releases and upcoming events.

Offered through Asigra Training Services, this individual-based certification program covers the entire Asigra Cloud Backup product suite. The Asigra Certification Program is divided into four levels: Asigra Certified Associate (ACA), Asigra Certified Professional (ACP), Asigra Certified Engineer (ACE) and Asigra Certified Instructor (ACI). All levels require that students participate in a blend of in-class, or virtual class, and e-learning sessions.
