David is credited with creating advancements such as agentless software deployment, unified backup and recovery for physical and virtual environments, global deduplication and advanced service provider features such as integrated billing and SLA management. Most recently Asigra invented and delivered to the market the patent-pending Asigra Recovery License Model® as well as a new Software Defined Data Protection Platform marking another market first for Asigra.
David’s vision has steered the company into delivering a secure comprehensive cloud-based data protection software solution deployed by Fortune 500 companies worldwide. Eran Farajun is Executive Vice President of Asigra where he is responsible for the company’s global expansion, marketing, business development and long-term strategic activities for the company's cloud backup and recovery software platform. Additionally, Eran oversees strategic relationships with Asigra’s technology and channel partners who have helped grow deployments of Asigra Cloud Backup to more than 1,000,000 sites worldwide.
As a backup technology veteran with over 18 years of experience in cloud-based data protection, Eran frequently speaks at industry conferences, such as VMworld U.S., MSPWorld, Asigra Global Partner Summit, Cloud Expo Europe and regional vertical focused events to evangelize and raise awareness about the business benefits achieved with cloud-based technologies.
Eran holds a law degree from the University of Sheffield in the U.K. He is active with charities and in 2014 participated in the ice bucket challenge to support raising awareness for ALS.

Al brings 25 years of experience to Asigra in leading software development, quality assurance, IT and program operations roles with a passion in driving and shaping intelligent enterprise data solutions.
Al Olivier serves as the Vice President, Engineering responsible for all development and operational initiatives in support of our enterprise data protection software solution.
Prior to joining Asigra, Al held the position of VP IT Operations at SHOP.CA where he led a high performing team of IT professionals to drive growth at one of Canada’s largest ecommerce marketplace online infrastructure. Prior to SHOP.CA, Al held several positions at Exchange Solutions where he led multi-disciplined teams focused on operational intelligence, software development, quality assurance, data integration and business intelligence in driving national and international program operations. Al brings extensive experience in enterprise data and information management across ecommerce, CRM, loyalty, hotel, restaurant and real estate verticals.
Al is currently working on completing his coaching certification with the International Coaching Federation.

Mike Andreola oversees the global sales team with a focus on expanding the Asigra Global Partner ecosystem and driving forward new business opportunities. He brings more than 25 years of experience leading sales organizations in the telecommunications industry, Enterprise, Carrier and Channel Partner markets.
Before joining Asigra, Mike was the Vice President of Enterprise Sales at Atria Networks where he was responsible for the acquisition of new customers and growing the company revenue. Mike also held the position of Vice President of Enterprise Sales at Toronto Hydro Telecom Inc., (now known as Cogeco Peer 1), where he was responsible for the consolidated sales groups of both Toronto Hydro Telecom and Hydro One Telecom. Under Mike’s leadership the sales groups achieved unprecedented sales growth. He also held the role of Vice President of Carrier Sales at GT Group Telecom/360 Networks where he was instrumental in increasing corporate revenue.
Mike holds degrees in Mass Communications and Psychology from York University.

Vince Paladino is a senior HR leader with a background in information technology, financial services and telecommunications. He has a BA in Psychology and Mass Communications from York University. As well, Vince earned his CHRL designation in 2004 and has since been a member of the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA).
Throughout his career Vince has proven to be effective in developing strategic initiatives that impact organizational change and employee engagement. He has a keen ability to build and maintain solid business partnerships, and has made HR a valuable resource and contributor to an organization's success. Vince holds a successful track record in building and leading talent management teams for organizations.

With more than 15 years dedicated to leading technical support and services teams, Andrew Bacon is an accomplished leader in the areas of customer care and customer experience. His career in the information technology industry extends beyond 26 years.
Andrew is responsible for leading the Global Customer Care team, including the day to day operations of technical support, professional services and product training programs. He leads a team of proficient technical specialists who are focused on fostering customer satisfaction and advocacy through the first-rate delivery of high value support and services.
Prior to joining Asigra in 2016, Andrew has held several management and professional roles, including Technical Support Management at VMware Global Services where he was responsible for leading teams to successful outcomes with customers and participating in various strategic projects during significant business growth cycles. Prior to VMware, Andrew was with IBM Global Services, in various roles including Strategic Outsourcing Management, Service Delivery Management, Business Controls Management, Product Support Readiness, and Customer Support and Service.
