Working as part of a team, the successful candidate will develop and maintain a backup application in a client/server architecture. Development of the application includes code maintenance (bug fixes and speed improvements), as well as the development of new features and functionality. Expect high exposure to new technologies and emphasis on cross platform development and interaction with a variety of application and virtualization environments.
The User Experience Designer will have a passion in his/her pursuit of excellence and be dedicated to ensure a high standard of user experience across the product’s varied interfaces. All candidates must provide a portfolio with examples demonstrating experience in crafting UX design solutions along with examples of visual design. Examples could either be low or high fidelity prototypes/mockups.
As a Test Automation Engineer your primary responsibility will be to identify, write and execute automated test cases in python and other scripting languages as required, in support of Asigra Cloud Backup development projects. The role breakdown will be 70% automation development, 30% analysis.
As Product Manager, reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will work closely with our internal and external stakeholders to ensure that our software aligns with the demand and needs of the market.
As a Customer Support Engineer you will be responsible for providing resolution to customer issues involving the Asigra software suite. The technical support that is provided will be done via email, phone and web interface. Daily work includes, but not limited to, supporting case escalations, management of case load, updating case activity, monitoring case age, documentation and knowledge transfer for known issues. The overall goal is to drive customer issues to resolution as quickly and efficiently as possible. You may be required to evaluate and prepare solution reports and help to create an extensive knowledge base containing scenarios and issues related to a wide range of operating systems, applications and databases. You will be working in a live lab that provides multiple opportunities to be exposed to variety of technologies, operating systems, hardware and applications.
As a Software/Technical Trainer you will deliver high quality, comprehensive technical training for our award winning software to our clients. The position supports the development of new courseware, new training products and services, and training-related marketing and sales support materials.
Reporting to the Vice President of Corporate Marketing, you will be expected to achieve or exceed expectations through managing a portfolio of Asigra Partners. You will be responsible for nurturing relationships with existing partners, taking new partners through our defined on-boarding process, enabling their marketing and sales capabilities, and providing them with support to develop their backup as a service business powered by Asigra.
As Product Marketing Manager, reporting to the Vice President, Marketing, you will be the primary owner of go-to-market strategies and deliverables for the entire Asigra cloud backup and recovery software solution.
