Technical Account Manager
The objective of this role is to directly influence and affect buying decisions amongst key technical stakeholders (Architect, CTO, CIO/IT Manager, etc.) within both MSP Partner and Customer-End User organizations and Data Centers, specifically regarding the value of Asigra’s Backup and Recovery technology as a foundation for the Cloud-based Backup and Recovery. This candidate will be responsible for supporting the Partner Development, Marketing and Technical Services teams in achieving or exceeding revenue quota through the ecosystem of current Asigra MSP partners globally.
Customer Support Engineer
Currently we are seeking qualified candidates for the role of Customer Support Engineer to work in a shift model environment providing 24/7 technical support. Reporting to the Director of Technical Services & Support, you will become a key member of the Technical Support and Services team (Tier III).
Working as part of a team, the successful candidate will develop and maintain a backup application in a client/server architecture. Development of the application includes code maintenance (bug fixes and speed improvements), as well as the development of new features and functionality. Expect high exposure to new technologies and emphasis on cross platform development and interaction with a variety of application and virtualization environments.
Quality Assurance Analyst
As a Quality Assurance Analyst at Asigra, you will work closely with the development team to evaluate and improve Asigra's cloud backup software, prepare estimates and testing schedules, perform trend and risk analysis, develop innovative solutions to test processes, ensure the robustness of the system and approve components and projects for launch.
Senior Product Marketing Manager
As Senior Product Marketing Manager, reporting to the Vice President, Marketing, you will be the primary owner of go-to-market strategies and deliverables for the entire Asigra cloud backup and recovery software solution.
Working in our Toronto Head Office, the Technical Recruiter will be expected to support the growth and development of Asigra by sourcing, identifying, screening and interviewing top talent.
User Experience Designer
The User Experience Designer will have a passion in his/her pursuit of excellence and be dedicated to ensure a high standard of user experience across the product’s varied UIs. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to build and define this role within the company.
Manager, Lead Development
